Would kind of dehydrated Atalaya Agroalimentaria sells?
In Atalaya Agroalimentaria care to the maximum the quality of our products. The processes that we carry to out allows us to generate two types of olives dried depending on your grade of dehydrated.
We have a range of products of humidity low and another range of products of meddium humidity. Adapting to the different needs that they may have their industrial processes.
What degree of dehydration I need?
The type of cut and degree of dehydration will depend on the production process or final product to which the olives are to be incorporated. From the commercial department we will be happy to clarify your doubts and choose the product that best suits your needs.
How do we preserve our dehydrated olives?
Our olives are preserved with an inertized atmosphere to increase its useful life.
What is the useful life of the product?
The useful life of the product closed due to their preservation under modified atmosphere is one year.
After the opening of the container are also recommended in a maximum period of 15 days and keep refrigerated.
Can it contain allergens?
The product does NOT contains any type of allergen.
Is the product suitable for coeliacs?
The product does NOT contain gluten and in our processes not can be “contaminated” with the substance for which does not generate any problem for your intake along with gluten-free products diets.
Is the product radiated?

What recipes can I add dried olives?
Dried olives may be added in many recipes and bring you to your dishes worthy of the finest gourmet point of taste and delicacy.
Is sustainable environmentally the manufacture?
In Atalaya Agroalimentaria use energy renewable for the manufacturing of our products. Also have a consumption responsible for water.
What containers used Atalaya Agroalimentaria? (Type of container, from box, pallet)
In Atalaya Agroalimentaria pack our products in blue bags of LDPE to avoid the light of the Sun affect to the properties of the product.
The bag have inside an inertized atmosphere that helps to keep the life useful.
The boxes are of cardboard and a variable size according to three types of container that exist. Information logistics
Finally the pallets we use are made of plastic (American and European type).
What is the type of packaging?
Our olives are packed in plastic LE PD bags with an inert atmosphere inside. Check our logistics area.
How many kilograms does a full pallet weigh?
The pallets weigh between 588 kg and 672 kg and it´s composed of 42 boxes with two bags each. Check our logistics area.
What certificates does Atalaya have?
ISO 14.001:2015 and IFS Food.
